In diesen noch zu definierenden Gebieten darf die Miete nach der Neuvermietung k\u00fcnftig nicht um mehr als 10 Prozent \u00fcber die orts\u00fcbliche Vergleichsmiete liegen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mele.de\/immobilien\/hausverwaltung-berlin\/\">Berlin<\/a> hat von der vom Bundesgesetzgeber geschaffenen Erm\u00e4chtigungsgrundlage Gebrauch gemacht und eine Rechtsverordnung erlassen. Hierin wurde das gesamte Stadtgebiet als angespannter Wohnungsmarkt im Sinne der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mele.de\/immobilien\/mietpreisbremse-berlin\/\">Mietpreisbremse<\/a> erkl\u00e4rt. Die Regelungen der Mietpreisbremse gelten in Berlin ab dem 1. Juni 2015, in\u00a0<a title=\"Leitet Herunterladen der Datei ein\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ivd.net\/fileadmin\/user_upload\/bundesverband\/Themen\/Politik_und_Rechtsprechung\/Grafik_MietbrBundesl_4_6_15.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">anderen Bundesl\u00e4ndern<\/a> m\u00fcssen entsprechende Rechtsverordnungen noch erlassen werden. Hamburg und Nordrhein-Westfalen ziehen zum 1. Juli 2015 nach. Bis dahin k\u00f6nnen Mietvertr\u00e4ge ohne die neuen Beschr\u00e4nkungen abgeschlossen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Gegen das \u201eBestellerprinzip\u201c zieht der IVD wie angek\u00fcndigt gemeinsam mit einer mehrk\u00f6pfigen Beschwerdef\u00fchrergruppe vor das Bundesverfassungsgericht nach Karlsruhe.
